The “Bio Tour” begins: a journey through organic supply chains.
This long journey will take us to the heart of organic agriculture: accompanied by Massimiliano Ossini and other notable figures, we will explore fields, farms, vineyards, and more, to discover the places and people who practice the Bio philosophy every day.
Our first stop takes us to the picturesque vineyards of the Capodarco farm in Grottaferrata, a perfect example of how the organic method can combine environmental sustainability, social inclusion, and product quality. Capodarco is an agricultural enterprise that, for over 40 years, has employed people with disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion, turning the vineyard and winery into a symbol of rebirth and solidarity.
Over the coming months, we will explore other organic farms throughout Italy to discover the supply chains of food that benefits everyone, from farm to table.
