Rice and Beans Soup
PROCESS
Soak the beans in water for 12 hours drain them and boil them for 2 hours in salted water. In a separate pan, fry the crushed garlic in two spoons of oil, add the beans and their water, the broth and bring to boil.
Add salt, pepper and rice.
Serve with chopped parsley!

Organic ingredients:
100g dried beans
200g Baldo rice,
1 clove of garlic,
1 chopped parsley,
Extra virgin olive oil,
½ l vegetable broth,
Salt & Pepper.
