Orecchiette with Turnip Greens “Pugliese Style”
Clean the turnip greens and cook them in boiling salted water. Add the orecchiette. In a pan, fry oil, anchovies and garlic. When ready, drain the pasta and the turnip greens, add them to the frying pan, and stir.
Serve with chilly!
